Welcome to Sportslink Football Academy!

At Sportslink Academy we understand striving to be an elite athlete requires dedication, commitment, & passion & we look forward to instilling these attributes in each of our athletes.

As an emerging leader in player development, we aim to provide the foundational structure to ensure each athlete has the tools necessary to reach their potential.

We have strategically designed our programming to ensure athletes, & coaches thrive as the leading football academy in Tanzania & East Africa.

International Tournaments

Youth international football tournament is an annual event that brings together the best young soccer players from all over the world. Players from all continents will be represented, and the competition will be fierce. This is a great opportunity for young players to show off their skills and compete against their peers from other countries. Our players will have a chance to participate in various international tournament throughout the years. This is to add experience and exposure in their resume.

Development Plan & Curriculum

Our curriculum provides guidance within each phase to focus on age appropriate Technical, Tactical, & Mental/Social skills that are required to build a foundation, the framework, & then the finishing touches to ensure players are able to confidently express themselves and make an impact on the pitch. Ongoing communication between parents, players & coaches on players individual development is too part and parcel of SportsLink Academy’s curriculum.

University Scholarship Pathway:

Structured pathway guiding players from the earliest stages in program to preparing academically & on the pitch for opportunities to receive University Athletic Scholarships.

Coaching Staff:

USSF, UEFA, & CAF certified coaches at ALL levels who specialize within their age group. Ongoing coaching education provided on on-going basis in-house, & when appropriate from outside resources such as FIFA, & TFF.

Training:

Consistent weekly team trainings, GK specialized training, & bi-monthly team matches, are all a part of becoming a Sportslink Academy member.

Camps / Clinics/ Personal Training:

Camps/Clinics are provided several times through out year & are staffed by Sportslink coaching staff. These are typically held during school holiday breaks & are an additional fee but are open to all Sportslink Academy players.

Personal Training:

Players who are seeking additional 1 on 1 attention to hone their skills may join our personal training program. Sessions are focused on players specific needs & improvement areas. These are scheduled through Technical Director & are an additional fee.

Training Pitch / Fields:

Safe, secure, turf training pitch that provides a safe environment for all players.

Communication:

Consistent communication & payment processing through our Academy “Teamsnap” application. Scheduling, payments, roster, messaging all in one, easy to use application.
